The C&T 2011 conference held in Brisbane, Australia 29 June to 2 July 2011 received 68 full paper submissions. From these submissions, 20 papers were selected to be presented at the conference (29% acceptance rate). All submitted papers were subjected to double-blind peer review by an independent international program committee of 57 experts. All papers were reviewed in their entirety by at least three peers and evaluated on the basis of their significance, innovation, academic rigour, and clarity of writing.
Panel and workshop proposals were reviewed by the conference, technical program and workshop chairs.
C&T 2011 takes place in cooperation with ACM SIGCHI and ACM SIGCAS. The C&T 2011 conference proceedings will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series of the ACM Digital Library and by the International Institute for Socio-Informatics. The ISBN number of the C&T 2011 proceedings is: 978-1-4503-0824-3.
